Sales & Promotions Associate

About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to work with our sales team to help promote our branded natural/organic foods and contribute to sales growth. If you have an outgoing personality, enjoy working with the public and love natural/organic foods then this is the job for you.

  • The position is part-time; 26+ hours per week
  • The position pays a base hourly rate plus commission
  • Mileage is compensated
  • There are two positions – one based in Dallas Texas (US) and another one based in Edmonton Alberta (Canada)


  • Work with Sales Manager to develop promotion programs and campaign events to drive sales
  • Be the primary “go to” person responsible for the scheduling, booking and coordination of promotion events
  • Run brand promotion events at various venues
  • Maintain constant positive contact with target groups and communities
  • Generate sales leads from target groups and communities
  • Able to handle field sales and phone sales assignments
  • Provide quality customer service to customers


High School Diploma/GED

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, merchandising, events promotions or customer service
  • Energetic and enthusiastic person confident to work with the public
  • Good merchandising/presentation skills
  • Innovative thinker/problem solver
  • Interest in natural/organic food products
  • Proficient with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills–written and verbal communication; able to articulate and explain ideas and concepts
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong time management skills; ability to set and achieve goals in a timely manner
  • Strong organizational and process planning skills
  • Reliable transportation
